Last year's winners had one thing in common. They delivered every piece judges look for. We're aiming for all six.

What judges score
Real-world impact
Solve a real problem for real people, ideally at scale.
Creativity
Something new, or a familiar idea with a clever twist. No clichés.
Technical difficulty
Complex systems, hardware + software, data flows, working prototypes.
Presentation
The secret weapon. A great presentation can lift a moderate project to a win.
